Our community has grown over the last several years to encompass Kalachakra practitioners from all over the world. In celebration, we would like to come together to offer our precious guru, Shar Khentrul Rinpoche, 1 million mantra recitations of Kalachakra:

OM HA KYA MA LA WA RA YANG SOHA

The Kalachakra New Years officially starts with the month of Nagpa Dawa on March 18, followed by the full moon on March 31 marking the teaching of the Kalachakra Tantra. Between now and then please join us in practicing the Kalachakra mantra in dedication to Khentrul Rinpoche for his good health and longevity. This is our first time as a global sangha to take part in a co-ordinated practice and offering to help us realize the sublime teachings handed down through the Kalki Kings. May our sangha be successful in this great aspiration.

For each mala of 108 that you complete, count 100 mantras. There are 8 extra beads in a mala to accommodate for our human error in practicing. For multiplying days, the number of malas you count remains the same as the number you practiced. The multiplying increases the potency in the mind but does not change the overall number accumulated.
