While formal meditation and practicing sadhanas are a key part of our Dharma practice, they are not necessarily the most important part. The key to our practice is not about achieving huge quantities of Dharma accumulations simply for the sake of quantity. Instead, it’s about developing our understanding, focusing on the quality of our minds and integrating Dharma into our everyday life. In this talk, Khentrul Rinpoché will discuss how we can build a happier life by moving Dharma off the cushion and into every waking moment. Not only will we learn the nature of authentic Dharma practice, but also the incredible benefits of developing courage and perseverance in our efforts to actualize the Dharma in our minds.
