In today’s fast-paced lifestyle many of us feel there is not enough time. We may be constantly busy, but are we actually focusing on what matters most? Rinpoche helps us see how important it is to identify what really matters so we can prioritize our life effectively, unlocking a greater sense of ease and inner peace.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Okay, hello everybody.

So. Number one we are just here, not anywhere else. Which means to be present.

Have to breathing.

Feel all body sensations.

Just realize when you’re breathing, notice just breathing. Where the course level of the wind we can feel in the nostrils. But any…imagine all any other subtle winds going into the body.

Everywhere. And try to feel that.

Try to imagine every cell of the body having breathing and feel the sensations.

That means you’re looking inward, not outward. Because we’re always looking something outward. So this time inward.

If you are somewhere else, which means thoughts comes, just simply stop. No disappointment, no reaction. Just simply stop. Whenever you realize.

Everything, every time you breathing, in or out, we have only two. So try to feel and more than breathing. Something try to feel more than breathing, throughout all the cells on the body.

Okay, so today's subject; what is really matters in our life? That we have to think about.

So that means, there's only few things matters in our lives. The majority of the people on this earth, there's so many things they think matter. So that's the main problem. So, maybe [Audio cuts out for approximately five seconds].

When we are younger and getting old and older, more matters, more matters on the body. So when you are young, healthy, only a few things matters on your body. When you are older, older, then more, “oh this no, oh this matter. Oh, this matter, oh no this no”, more, more, more, more, more.

Think about that opposite. In the mind, who is wise, more and more wise, more, more, more mature, you have less, less matters. And as much as you’re immature, less wisdom then more, more, more matters. So all, “this matter, this matter, this matter, this matter”, bring you problems and suffering. Less matter, less matter, means less suffer.

But everybody has an idea, if we know much more, which means if we know many types of problems, then we have the knowledge, fix all of them. So then we are better position. That's normal idea. But the reality is if you know more, means our mind, you can…how do you say? Handling, handling problems our mind, not a lot of progress. But knowing the all the problems, more you know, and then you have more problem.

I think the similar of this Corona Virus. So this time we know there is a problem, this Corona Virus. Because have no medicine, and no vaccination, and transmit very fast. So then we create many, many problems. More than the Corona Virus. I think we exaggerated, that's why we have a financial problem, everything. We blame this Corona Virus. But the Corona Virus also come from we knowing too much. Too many food, too many things and too many options, we did too much. That's why maybe came. But now we making much more problems.

So for instance, let's say, my hometown There is no one single person travel in China, because nobody speak Chinese. And no one single person Chinese coming there, because too cold. But they still stopping…shut up all shops, restaurant, everything and cannot even you visit your neighbor, your relative, your family you cannot even visit. You someone visited, they beat up. Torture. Torturing. So see? Is necessary? So it should be fine you never go out of your town at least. Stay in your town. Because nobody, Chinese coming there and nobody went in China. So the virus cannot jump from the Wuhan to, you know, my village. But still people doing this.

So, why they doing this? We know high level of authorities say something, they have to do something. If they don't do, the only these people cares, “I lost job. If I don't do exactly they said. If I don't do exactly, I will lost job”. That's only they care. But authorities, they also have to do extremes because they have other reasons. Other reasons also man-made problems. Political pressure, you know many things. So then boiled down, is not just the virus, but many other things connected. So, yes, we are Australians, international we’re cancelling, we’re stopping Chinese. We’re cancelling the flights, everything. Maybe you’re preventing problem, but you never know you’re creating problems. So you never know which one is. You know.

So similarly, when we know many things, we are more paranoid. Because if you really research it in internet, the Corona Virus how many people die? Or usual sickness, how many people die? In minutes or one day, which one more? But those all other millions of death conditions, we’re not worrying. Every day, we just forgot We are ignorance about. We are not mindful about. Even cigarette, these things even warning picture on top, still we… But one particular thing we focused, then we go extreme.

So this is not just this virus, I think all our lives like this. Always. Something unnecessary things we make huge attention and huge matters. So, okay somebody has a particular house, so I want like that. You know in the society. Think about clothes and fashion. Brand, same quality of clothes, one is very, very expensive, only you thinking brand. Brand is because ego, because other people wear this and I wear this. So many things we pay attention like that way.

All these things make us less happiness and more suffer. So for example, very easy example, children crying for very silly things. But we know this is silly, but we know this is children. Then you say, do you want to be yourself like the children? You say no. Why you say no? Because you know is foolish. And then teenage, so many matters. Too much this matter, oh this is really matters. Obsessed things for teenagers. Then we are older, we thought silly. But too late, you’ve already done. All these matters, when we look as adult, then oh, not really matter. But we thought it mattered, that's why we did.

Similarly way, you are more, more, more mature, more, more, more wise, everything you thought is matter things, not really matter. You realize. This is about time. Time tells you what is really matter is. But when you’re ready die, then all not matters, huh? Whether you have built huge reputation, fame, incredible wealth. many children, whatever, nothing matters. We say, “ohhh people remember me. Ohhh, then I have children, this left for children, Bah, bah, bah, bah”. But all these things we just saying. We excuse, I mean some people don't even realize. They think is matter. But when you exactly come to the death, that time, you really know is not matter. But we say these things, “oh he cares. Oh, someone remembers me like this”. Okay, if you are very famous, if I'm incredible and even I die, people remember me. What really matters that they remember you or not? You not exist anymore, you don't remember anymore. Yourself never remember, even you are re-born, even you believe you reincarnate, still, you don't remember. So what is matter? It's not you anymore. All of them is not matters. You know.

So this time tells what is matter, what is not matter, is only depending our limitation of perception. Similarly, at the same time, the wise person and foolish person have the same situation Why wise person can dealing, can deal with more, able to deal more, and the foolish people don't, why? Because only that reason. The wise person thinking, “oh, doesn't really matter”. In Tibet we say [Tibetan]. Who is eating the meat, or who only drinking the soup, tomorrow same. You think right now is big matter. But after you finish, doesn't matter. Same thing, only matters you are fixed on that, at the moment, only matters for you. But the next time you look back, doesn't matter. The same thing why person think it doesn't matter, and the foolish person thinks really matter. So that's why you know, usually we care so much things.

Comfort and discomfort we care so much. But only matters right now. Right now is it comfort or discomfort, yes, I cares. But in the long term, if you are used to get discomfort, get used to, that means you have more chance to comfort. But if you have used to all the time comfort, then you have very little tolerance, so then that means you have less chance to comfort. Only if the situations stay with you forever, but that's not possible. So anytime situation changes, you have discomfort used to, so for you is okay, still comfort.

Gain or lose. If you never looser, and then one day loser. Or all the time loser, huh? Even we think, even we are fixed on, you know…reality, we don't really know what is looser, and what is… what do you call? Gaining, winner. What is winner and what is loser, we don't really know exactly, but even if you are fixed on loser and winner, but the only matters what you think at that time. But maybe the looser one is winner in the long term. Why? Because the loser knows how to deal with losing. And the always winner he, doesn't know how to deal with loose. You’re definitely one day loser, because nothing stay permanent anyway. So when you’re one loser is more suffer than the other person who lose one hundred times. So then what? Which one is matter?

Okay, then same thing criticism. Criticism and praise. Even more than that. You criticise, doesn't matter. Criticism means, every criticism you have mirror to look at. So every criticism you have chance to improve. And the same time you can deal, you know how to deal with criticism. But praising you all the time, praise creates the pride, pride before fail. And if you a little bit criticism, when all the time praise, you can’t even know how to deal with. You become too fragile.

That's the West happening. In the West, obvious level, everybody praises each other. But inside, harsh. Nobody's love. nobody's close to you. Nobody's you know, everybody distant. But we’re not focusing on this, we’re focusing on other things. We think this matters, or this matters. Life insurance, health insurance, car insurance This insurance. This insurance. Insure, insure. Nothing insured but you think is insured, and you’re working so hard for this. Nothing’s insured.

So what is really matter is only something within yourself. Your inner strength. That's only matters. Everything else temporary. Everything else relative. Relativity. Relative benefits. Temporary benefits. So many angles way of proved that the happiness is not depending all these quantities. The quantities of gain. Quantities of praise. The quantities of recognition. Is not dependent on that. But the whole world trapped in this. You know seeking for these things. Every single thing thinks matters, matters, matters.

Why are you in delusion? Because it matters right that time, only temporarily, very short time. Short time, you know the gross level of feeling. Those things matters and they make you think this is forever. You think this is for every level.

So that means, also, we have to understand is, how you say? Is weakness. Weakness. Why is the weakness? Weakness means you depending on these things. You know in the West everybody like independent. Independent, right? Self-sufficient. Is it? Self-sufficient. But you’re not self-sufficient because you think, “this I need. This I need. This, this, this”. All of them is not yourself. But you try to “I own them”. You don't need to own them. There is no ultimate owner on this. Can change anytime, or sometimes useless, even you a little accumulated, but is useless.

What do you really need own, is your own buddha quality. That you really need, that really you need. You know. You really need, in other language, you really need recognize your own truth Your own the deeper level of the truth. So the positive we talk about is the deeper level of the truth is not bad. All our problems, this foolish and everything we’re talking about on the surface. Why everybody chasing these superficial things? That's only temporary problem. That's a superficial problem.

So we…but why we stuck in superficial whole life? The answer is we are stuck in this, the only reason why we stuck, because we never look at in deeper level. And nobody telling you look at the deeper level. Or a little bit you heard, but too short time. I'm not enough frequent, what do you call? Yes, frequent. Not enough, not enough continue. Not enough familiarisation. Because we are so distracted the silly things. Why? Because of the society. Everybody did this, the majority and we do that.

So if we look at children and then little bit older children. Then we look at teenager, everybody we know and when we are little bit older and then they’re all silly. Why silly? Because easy ones, the obvious level stuck there. They cannot look more deeper. Why we see a little bit deeper, why? Because we suffered, we went through this. It's not we are better than them. We went through this. Is proved for us many times. You know. What the children cares, what the teenager cares, all these things is not really. We went through a lot. So that's why we realize little bit. But not enough more deeper. Why? Nobody shows us. Because only everybody went through, but nobody self realise.

If you want to know a self-realised, like Buddha. Buddha he doesn't, he didn't get have to go through this. He was born as a prince and have everything human have. Still he has very big questions. So what everybody happened eventually? He saw one, only one old man and he said, “is everyone become like this, or only this person? Is I become like this also?”. And then, “oh my gosh!” If they say yes, “oh my God, then life is silly”. But everybody every day see old people, every day see sick people. You know. Maybe you don't see everyday dead people here, but you hear on the news. But we never realise, why? We just stuck there, stuck on the superficiality. Because bad habit.

But what really matters, you have to know who you are. Who you… am I this body, this named somebody on the paper? Is this really me? Or I am something different? We have to see something deeper. We have to see something deeper, we have to feel something deeper. That's why we need meditation. That's why we need accumulation merit. That's why we need generate love, compassion. Why? Not just, “oh I feel good if I have a love, if I be loved. I feel love. I feel good”. Not only that reason.

But if you really…you know when we say love and compassion, is something deeper quality, you know, something, something, how do you call? How do you say? Something holy, something, you know, sacred quality. So that's why you, when you have these things, you have other chance, other realisations. Everything you have chance. Not just. “I love so I feel good”, not only that. You have other chance, you unveil other qualities.

So that's why we say, “oh love and devotion”. You know. Even the different world, different part of the world, before no contact in the past, still some people believe the God, divine, and we need devotion, and indestructible faith for the God. The others say, the others say, “oh we need devotion for Lama”. Lama is, Lama is a human being. So the others think, “oh this religion is terrible. Worshipping a human to human, and the love and the faith, devotion, everything to Lama, and we believe in God. So we are the best, you know, best religion. And they are the worst because they worshiping a human. Love, devotion, everything to human”. But hello, is not matters you call God, or you call Lama, or you call something else. But the matter is this quality of love, and faith, and devotion, these matter. Is matters to you, not the God, not Lama. This matters for yourself.

So you see? A different part of world, have different name and different object of worship, but what the quality they realise? They equally realise it is faith, it is love, it is compassion, it is devotion. So devotion means give without condition. Dedication, no condition, 100% conviction. Faith means no doubt. Love means again give, you want the best, not for yourself. Compassion means, you know, a confidence. Braveness, not scared, not hesitate, you know. All of them is matters, only this matters.

So that's why, even you love one person, how matters we know. How difference in our lives? Even you have one person you trust 100%, it matters in your life so much. But if we understand something universal, you know the oneness…when we say, “oh I love all sentient beings”, or we say, “I love the universe”, or “I love the oneness”, is same thing. “I love the buddha nature”, or, “I love the God”, is same thing. It’s same thing. If you want argue, if you make you know, very rigid judgment, then is very different. “God, okay, what is God”, “oh Lama is so obvious this person”. You know like that kind of. But if you don't judge this way, look at the deep level, and then same. Then is matched what the philosophy says, and what is experiential meditation says, and what is you went through. Experience is matched all. So that's I am saying.

Who has thick obscurations of your buddha nature, we have to suffer, we have to go through, then we realize small by small. But who has thin obscurations, not too many thick negative karmas, you don't need to go through, you realize like Buddha. You realize. Your mind go far away and you understand. Your mind go deeper, your mind go higher. You mind go all ten directions, see everywhere. But if is a little bit thick, then we have to go through.

That's why we say, “oh, somebody have children, then become much better. But before children, very, very selfish. Very, very selfish, but have children and then becomes better”. What does mean? You went through the suffer of the looking after children That's why you become a little bit better person. Why? Why you suffer look after children? Because look after children, you have to sacrifice ourselves. You never done this before. You never done. Always me me, me, me, me, me, me. Even you say, “oh somebody aaaaaay, you guys aaaaaay”. But thinking is me, me, me. But when you sacrifice when you have children, you have to suffer otherwise you let children die. You have two choices, one is you let children die, or you have to sacrifice yourself. There's no other option That's one thing. The second thing, when is children, “this is mine. Part of me”. This idea people have. So this selfishness, you know, is selfish is human nature, and this selfish, that's why you can sacrifice for children little bit easier than sacrifice for somebody else, guy. Just stranger guy you have to sacrifice everything, no way.

That's why you are in the romantic love and everything you think is fantastic, everything. But then you slowly, slowly have problems, the argument and then end in divorce. Why? Because you couldn't sacrifice for each other. You couldn't sacrifice even little things each other. That's why you’re arguing, otherwise why argue? You don't need argue. If you have little sacrifices each other you don't need to argue. Then argue becomes bigger and bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger and then slowly you hate each other. Why? Because the first romantic is illusion and then the illusion slowly go away and then you see the reality, see reality is selfishness. So you can’t sacrifice other.

But children you can sacrifice for because they are part of your selfish. But some extreme people couldn't even sacrifice for children, and even you abuse the children, that's exception. Exceptional ones. But in general majority, you can sacrifice for children much easier, hundred times easier than somebody else.

So one way is bad because you sacrifice, one way is very bad because you sacrifice for someone, they will not sacrifice nothing. You know, we know the children what they do. When they grow up what they do? They do everything selfish, selfish, selfish. When they are okay, you never hear from them. And when they have big problem, they call you. So that kind of person you sacrificed for, so one way is bad. But if you look the other way, it's good because these children force you become a little bit better person. Which means you, force you seeing a little bit deeper level of yourself. Not the outside, terrible, you know, rough what do you call? Inside a little bit smooth level. You didn't see this before. You didn't know even this part of you.

Similarly we have to unveil a buddha nature is you have to go many layers of your self basically. So that's why is really matters of those. Not, “oh, other people have this, so I don't have it. My friend have, I don't have it.”. You know. All the television ads say, “oh this is fantastic. You have to have it”. All of them is, all of them is not true. You don't need all of them, any of them, at all. Especially holidays. Holiday show incredible pictures and incredible. Say, “you must have this now”. And charge you incredible cost. So why you need that? Actually digging yourself, you know. Digging yourself, all this money you have to make again. You spend in a few days because of this luxury, “oh this spa. Oh this ohhh”. All illusion. So they are nothing better than what you live now. You know, what you living now every day is much, as much as beautiful as that they showing you a big, big price.

The same thing machines and so many things. Showing you everything. And then one day your garage is full. Your, what do you call it? What do you call? The clothes put.

Audience member: Wardrobe.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Wardrobe. Your wardrobe is full. You have too many shoes. Your kitchen is full. Your garage is full. Everything is full. None of them make you happy. And the bushfires, somebody have like fifty cars collected and all of them bush fire plthhhhh, gone! You collecting, you sacrifice a lot of work hard and then when they’re gone, and you have that much big suffer. So that means everything we think matters, is not really matter. So even you’re incredibly successful, “oh wow!”, like this and then if you are suddenly have to die, then matters? Nothing's matter…even suffer more because we let…you have to let go them. Huge things you own so you have to let go them, is million times harder, harder than you are poor man oh have nothing so, you know, easy to let go.

So all of them what I'm saying is, not I'm saying…I'm not encouraging you are poor and loser and you know, do nothing, hanging around. I'm not saying that. But you just have to aware of all of them, and then what really matters in the heart. What is really matters inside. You know the sensitivity. The thoughtfulness. So then you have some chance you have love, compassion, maybe slowly come up. And a little wisdom. Just, “oh, doesn't it really matter? I can try this, but if goes or not goes, I'm not obsessed. Either way is okay. Whatever is meant to be, is meant to be. I can't control the universe. I can't control everything, because I'm not enlightened”.

Even enlightenment, they control oneself, not others, If does, why God sent us in hell and why Buddha let us go in hell and suffer. So many sickness, natural disasters. So many problems, why Buddha let this happened? Why God let happen this? That is not God’s problem. That is not Buddha’s problem That is our own problem. Because our own creation, our own mind created. Not God created. Not Buddha created. If you say God created then we have million questions, all hard to answer. But that doesn't mean God not exist, okay. Means we didn't structure very well. So that's why we have trouble have answers. So that doesn't mean oh if you say Buddhist way, then you have no answer, no problem everything. No, still someone very sharp, hard to answer.

But no matter we know, what is really matters in our heart and our mind, nothing else. That we know, that is experientially you should know. You don't have to rely on Buddha. You don't have to rely on God or anybody. It really matters in our mind. Mind qualities. This is up to us, in our hands, our choice. Nobody can take away your mind. Even your body disabled. Disable. Still your mind is yours. You can choose, you can every day make better. Whether you are beggar, or looser, or whatever, you still have the mind. When lost mind, then maybe we can't do, but that's also not forever. Maybe we have to change the body. Change the brain the next. Until then we have the choice of the mind.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Qualities of the mind. Only matters of the mind I say.

Mind Only School is very good They say very, very sharp.

If you don't have question, I have question for you. If only mind matters, then why the whole universe don't realize? Why?

Audience member: Ego. Caught up in ego.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Why caught up in ego? Why caught up in ego?

Audience member: It's an illusion they are caught up with, what they think they want.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Yeah, any other people answer? Not just one person, not relying on one person. Different people have different answers.

Why majority don't realize? Why? Why?

Audience member: Culturally obsessed with the physical.

Audience member: Maybe they don’t know.

Audience member: Wrong direction.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Huh?

Audience member: Looking in the wrong direction.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Why went wrong direction?

Audience member: No trust.

Khentrul Rinpoche: No trust.

Audience member: Looking only short term.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Why short term?

Audience member: People only see what makes them temporarily happy. The quick fixes. They don't see the big picture.

Khentrul Rinpoche: Why don’t see big picture?

Audience member: Survival instincts?

Khentrul Rinpoche: What?

Audience member: Survival instincts.

Audience member: [inaudible]…jealousy…self infliction.

Khentrul Rinpoche: The Buddhist explain, saying ignorance of the root of all afflictions. Afflictions means anger, jealousy, all these things. Afflicted. Contaminated the mind. Why? Because ignorance. So enlightened, or not enlightened means only difference, ignorance, or not ignorance. Ignorance dominate you, or not ignorance dominate you. It's only different. When you have ignorance and you can't see deep, you can't see far. You only see superficial, and you see only short version, short vision. That's just exactly same you know, like even two normal people, not enlightened. One is have long vision. One can understand more deeper. One don't. So then you can make million layers, or million distance, no. Depend how you see, how ignorance less. How you enlightened.

So when I say is everybody knows matter of the mind, only matters of the mind is everybody know? I say, I question you say why people don't know? The answer is everybody knows some degree. Some people maybe don't know nothing, but many people know one degree, two degrees, three degrees. They know some degree. But not everybody knows all degree. So if we say, isn't matter of your mind? We say, “whatever your mind think”, then many people can, “oh yer, that’s true”. But then forget quickly. Why forget quickly? Bad habit and too much distraction.

So why yogis and you know, renounced people know more and see more, and not forget quickly? Because they have less distraction. They have less distraction because they not thinking, “I need this. I need this. This matter. This matter. This matter”. They think none of them matter. Only matters, I look in my mind. “Is my mind has been any silly? Is my mind been any ignorant? My mind been any foolish?” Only looking for this. That's why.

There is called Kadampa. Kadampa’s one lineage. Nowadays people using this, misusing. Anybody know Kadampa? Okay, you don't know. There is big promotion Kadamba around here, but misusing. But the real Kadampas, some Kadamapa Lamas, what you do every day? I don't have nothing to do, only I hmmmm, [Tibetan]. Mindfulness steal... what call? Kills people.

Audience member: Spear.

Spear, yes. I call mindful…I hold the mindfulness spear and then my vigilant hold the mindfulness spear, then I see the three doors; body, speech, mind, is enemy of afflictions coming. That's all I do, nothing else. Security guy. He do security guy all day, every day, and nothing else. So that means he is watching all day is any ignorance sending any other armies, or thieves, or wherever you call. Robbers. Such as like anger, jealousy, you know, desire, whatever, you know, many things, yeah. Or pride you know. All of them anybody they're coming. Any these robbers coming, he just watching there, all day security. No other work. But we forgot this very quickly, because we have too many other distractions, and then we have habit and everybody we copy each other. Human being means copy each everything. So who is we copying? Is majority is in the silly way.

Is that means job is matters? Family is matters? Wealth is matters? Your knowledge, your education is matters? Everything matters? All of them only matters is temporarily, you think. Okay, that means, so we don't need all of them? Depends who you are, where you are at. Maybe all of them a little bit helpful for you temporarily, maybe not. Nothing is guaranteed whatsoever.

The only thing guarantee, only thing guarantee is you strengthening your mind, the mind qualities, only have guarantee helpful. Not saying they are all no need, nobody need these things. Nobody need job, nobody need money. Nobody needs family, relationship. No, no, no. Not saying that. Is saying only this all is maybe helpful, but no guarantee, and the other one, definitely have guarantee. So which one you choose is up to you. So that’s saying. That's only matters. Everything else not really matter. Really means, oh sometimes appears really matter, sometimes appears matters. Appears. Appears means not really, but appears. Okay?

Audience member: In saying before like people can know, but then they just forget.

Khentrul Rinpoche: People know little bit degrees not whole degree.

Audience member: Ultimately comes to our desire, very strong. Like for example, one might say...try to become more humble [inaudible]

Khentrul Rinpoche: But we have to think of the desire, where come from? Where the desire come from? There is some natural instinct desire, but there is some we made up this desire. Our perspective, how you look at things, and what is matter in your mind, or your attitude. All of them created this desire.

Audience member: If I can escape from reality… [inaudible]

Khentrul Rinpoche: Yeah, we’re just kind of lost, we’re kind of lost to this creation. We’re lost in the creation. You know. There is some natural instinct desire you’re born with, but then we create many, many others Time after time we create it, we accumulate it.

So in Tibet, in Buddhism, we say all the obscurations of the buddha nature we call [Tibetan]. [Tibetan] means you’re born with. [Tibetan] means you, how you call? Imputation. You imputed. Yes, you imputed. So your imputed ones, when you get rid of them, imputed ones go first. And then born with ones is much harder. They go slow.

Audience member:[inaudible] Khentrul Rinpoche: Yes. Yeah concepts, I said we created. We think.” oh this and this”. We think this and attitude, everything we made up. “Oh, this is needed. Oh, this is important, dah, dah, dah, dah, dah”.

Audience member: Like culture?

Khentrul Rinpoche: Yer, culture, knowledge. Everything you made up, everything. Yes.

But then if you practice tantrayana, if you practice tantrayana very well, then this innate desire all of them, you don't need even abandon. You just turns as your path, rather than obstacle.

So dangerous, a dangerous machine, if you know this machine very well it's not dangerous for you. Is becomes your tool. But for other people is dangerous. “This one is dangerous don't go near”. But you know how to very well, so then it's not dangerous anymore for you. Even becomes useful But that's very high practice tantrayana. But made-up, made-up things, even tantrayana don't need this. Yeah.
